Additional Info – FreeQuency Sponsor & Master Rules

To ensure fairness and transparency, our system is built on a few core principles. Here’s everything you need to know about how sponsor assignments and the Master Plan work.

The Guiding Principle: Once Your Partner, Always Your Partner

The foundation of our system is stability. Every partner you personally refer remains permanently assigned to you.

  • No Reassignments: Your direct referrals (1st Generation) will never be moved or reassigned to someone else, regardless of which membership they purchase or if they upgrade later.
  • You Always Benefit: You earn commissions on your partners based on your current membership level. If you upgrade, your commission rates on all your existing partners increase accordingly.

▶︎ Practical Example:

  1. You are a Starter Member and you refer a new partner who joins as a Pro Member.
  2. This Pro Member is now permanently your 1st Generation.
  3. Later, you upgrade to a Trainee Membership. The Pro Member still remains your 1st Generation, and you now earn the higher Trainee commissions on their membership.
  4. If that Pro Member then refers a new partner, that person automatically becomes your 2nd Generation, and you earn your 5% Trainee commission on them.

The Special Rule: The Master Membership

The only exception to the permanent assignment rule is when a member becomes a Master. This creates a unique, franchise-like structure with powerful benefits. There are two paths to becoming a Master.

Path 1: Upgrading to Master

  • A member upgrades from Starter, Trainee, Pro, or Prime.
  • They take their entire existing downline with them.
  • Immediately after upgrading, they are placed directly under the next highest existing Master in the organization.

Path 2: Direct Entry as a Master

  • A member (e.g., a Pro) directly sponsors a new partner who joins as a Master.
  • The original sponsor and their upline receive the full one-time commissions according to their own package (this is the “Sponsor Bonus”).
  • After this bonus is paid, the new Master is also placed directly under the next highest existing Master.

The Result: The Master Structure

In both cases, once a new Master is placed, the following structure applies:

  • The new Master starts their own Infinity Line, earning 5% from their 4th Generation onwards.
  • The first Master above them (their new upline) considers them a 1st-Gen Master and earns a 5% override commission.
  • The second Master above them considers them a 2nd-Gen Master and also earns a 5% override commission.

Summary

  • Stable Assignment: Once your 1st Generation, always your 1st Generation (with the specific exception of Master placement).
  • Two Paths to Master: Both an upgrade and a direct entry lead you into the powerful Master structure with your own Infinity Line and overrides.
  • Transparent Overrides: The upline Master structure is clear, with a 5% override paid to the 1st-Gen Master and 5% to the 2nd-Gen Master.
  • Fair Multiplication: This is not MLM. There is no blocking or artificial hierarchy—just a powerful multiplication model, similar to a franchise system.
