Additional Info – FreeQuency Sponsor Assignment Rules

Every referral always stays with the original sponsor – no matter which package the partner chooses or if they upgrade later.

No reshuffling, no hierarchy changes: once 1st Generation (1G) – always 1G.

Example:

A Starter refers a partner who becomes a Pro Member.

→ This partner will always remain the Starter’s 1G.
If the Starter later upgrades to Trainee, nothing changes: the Pro stays their 1G, and the Starter simply earns with the Trainee plan (10% on 1G + 5% on 2G).

If the Pro then brings in a new direct partner, this automatically becomes the Trainee’s 2G – and the Trainee earns their 5% commission on it.

Special Rule – Master Membership

There are two paths to Master:

  1. Upgrade to Master (from Starter, Trainee, Pro, or Prime):
    The new Master takes their entire downline with them.
    From this moment on, they are directly connected to the next higher existing Master.
    This marks the start of their own Infinity Line (earning 5% from Generation 4 onwards).
    For the higher Master, they count as a 1st-Gen Master (→ 5% override); for that Master’s upline, they count as a 2nd-Gen Master (→ 5%).
  2. Direct Entry as Master (fresh start):
    If a new Master joins directly through a member (e.g. a Pro), the sponsor and upline receive the full one-time commissions according to their package (Sponsor Bonus).

After that, the new Master is also connected to the next higher existing Master.
From that point, the same logic applies:

Their own Infinity Line (5% from Generation 4)
5% to the 1st-Gen Master
5% to the 2nd-Gen Master

Total payout structure example:
15% + 10% + 10% + 5% / +5% (1G) +5% (2G) = 50% overall

Summary

  • Stable assignment: once 1G – always 1G (except for Master placement).
  • Upgrade or direct start: both paths lead into the Master structure – with own infinity line and overrides.
  • Transparent commissions: uplines earn 5% on 1G Masters and 5% on 2G Masters.
  • Not MLM: no blocking, no artificial hierarchy – but multiplication, just like a franchise system.

Zusatzinfo – Zuordnungsregeln bei FreeQuency

Jede Empfehlung bleibt dauerhaft beim ursprünglichen Sponsor – egal, welches Paket der Partner wählt oder ob er später upgradet.

Es gibt keine Umplatzierungen und keine Hierarchie-Anpassungen: Einmal 1. Generation (1G) – immer 1G.

Beispiel:

Ein Starter empfiehlt einen Partner, der Pro-Mitglied wird.
→ Dieser bleibt dauerhaft 1G des Starters.

Wechselt der Starter später ins Trainee-Paket, ändert sich nichts: Der Pro bleibt seine 1G, und der Starter profitiert nun mit den Trainee-Konditionen (10 % auf 1G + 5 % auf 2G).
Wenn der Pro nun selbst einen direkten Partner wirbt, ist dies automatisch die 2. Generation des Trainee – und der Trainee erhält dafür seine 5 % Vergütung.

Sonderregel Master-Mitgliedschaft

Es gibt zwei Wege zum Master:

  1. Upgrade zum Master (z. B. von Starter, Trainee, Pro oder Prime):
    Der neue Master nimmt seine komplette Downline mit.
    Ab diesem Zeitpunkt wird er dem nächsthöheren bestehenden Master direkt zugeordnet.
    Damit startet er seine eigene Unendlichkeit (5 % ab Generation 4).
    Für den übergeordneten Master gilt er als 1G-Master (→ 5 % Override), für dessen Upline als 2G-Master (→ 5 %).
  2. Neustart als Master (direkter Einstieg):
    Wird ein neuer Master direkt von einem Mitglied (z. B. Pro) geworben,
    erhalten Sponsor und Upline die vollen Einmal-Provisionen gemäß ihrem Paket (Sponsor-Bonus).

Danach wird der neue Master ebenfalls mit dem nächsthöheren bestehenden Master verbunden.
Ab diesem Zeitpunkt gilt die gleiche Logik:
Eigene Infinity-Linie (5 % ab der 4. Generation)
5 % an den Master der 1. Generation
5 % an den Master der 2. Generation

Beispiel für die gesamte Auszahlungsstruktur:
15 % + 10 % + 10 % + 5 % / +5 % (1G) +5 % (2G) = 50 % insgesamt
